KZFOO has been exceptionally patient with me as a customer. I originally ordered premium progressive lenses that I had a difficult time adjusting to. So I reordered straight distance lenses. They processed the exchange and immediately issued me a refund. When the new glasses arrived I realized the progressive lenses weren't the problem. With one phone call I was able to return the new replacement glasses and pay the difference back. The process was pretty smooth all things considered.
