This was my first order with KZFOO. For some reason my glasses were placed in someone elses PO box on delivery. This was clearly a postal problem but KZFOO was willing to make a new set of glasses for me at no additional charge. Fortunately, a week later the PO found my glasses. It took me some time to get them fitted properly but now I'm a happy, future repeat customer.
