I did not like my first order of eyeglasses. The frame was cheap looking plastic and the eye lenses had a dark tint. I spoke with a representative who guided me through how to reorder the glasses so they only transitioned when you are outside. The second order was outstanding! I love the frames and the glasses are of a lightweight on my face. The representative did a fantastic job of helping me to reorder my glasses. The refund for the first order was easy and streamlined. I will definitely be ordering additional pairs of eyeglasses KZFOO
