First time trying KZFOO, based on a word of mouth recommendation. I accidentally entered incorrect lense information and was disappointed to find the sunglasses were unusable. I contacted KZFOO and for the cost of shipping, they accepted my return and sent a pair with the correct lenses, which are literally the best sunglasses I've ever owned. Very happy with the company, customer support and the product. Will be a repeat buyer
