Great customer service, Great Quality

I ordered glasses for my husband as a surprise. The surprise unfortunately was on me when he saw double vision in them. We used the tool to measure his PD and it was clearly incorrect. We found out from his eye doctor that he had a double PD which I was not aware of. His eye doctor gave me his correct PD. I called KZFOO and was able to send the glasses back. The representative advised and walked me through how to order the new ones over the phone. They sent me a return label, it was very simple. Great customer service I would highly recommend them. His new glasses needed to have a little adjustment on the nose piece but otherwise were perfect.
