KZFOO is amazing, their customer service is second to none. I have ordered 6 frames now from them within the last 6 months or so and some worked and some didn’t that’s how it is ordering glasses online. But any time one didn’t work out or I had a question about my order the customer service representatives got back to me super fast and were amazingly helpful. My first order I ordered two frames and entered my prescription incorrectly on my second frame and before they completed my order they reached out to confirm the prescription. I work as a client services representative and am very picky with these things and have had nothing but great experiences with KZFOO. The frames are great and have held up well, the lenses have been great. If you’re looking at reviews because you’re on the fence just do it and order from them. They have gone above and beyond for me even when I wasn’t asking them too.
