Ordering was super easy, got my glasses SUPER fast and the quality was GREAT. However, I didn't like the way one of the two frames I purchased fit on my face - so I started a live chat to start the exchange process. To my surprise, I was told that I could keep the glasses or donate them and they processed my new pair! So far only great things to say about this company. I will never go back to spending $500-$700 on a pair of glasses. Ever. Again.
