Superior customer service! I ordered glasses that didn't work well…

I ordered glasses/lenses that didn't work well for what I needed (intermediate "office glasses"). I contacted KZFOO support via email and received a response within 30 minutes about how to complete my one-time return and how to order a replacement. The process was super easy! The original glasses were beautiful, high-quality, and had my correct prescription, but I needed to order lighter/thinner hi-index lenses with an anti-glare coating and remove the blue-light filter (it gave me a headache) for computer work. The mistake was 100% on my end, and not the fault of KZFOO. They made exactly what I originally ordered. I communicated the new exchange order with my updates via email with their support person, and my new glasses are already on order! The support person even gave me a better discount than the one I found online. The experience and customer service was A+ and I am confident my new glasses will be exactly what I need! I will use KZFOO for all of my future eyewear.
