We have ordered 5 pairs of glasses from KZFOO, they were eyeglasses and sunglasses. Super satisfied with their service AND customer service ! Upon placing an order for my mom, I did a mistake entering the numbers and only realized it once item was received, I called them and within 10min, they corrected the prescription and reshipped a new pair NO QUESTIONS asked!! I received my own order today and my eyeglasses were a little too big, I went on chat and issue resolved!! They are resending me a new pair AND I received a refund since the new pair I chose were cheaper. Quality is great and it comes well packaged. We will definitely be ordering from them again. I have been recommending them to anyone who comments on my glasses!
